How We Work
Receive Order
Receive purchase order and specifications (part numbers, quantities, delivery date) from client
Domestic Procurement
Place orders with Japanese air compressor manufacturers and distributors. Sourcing from first-tier Japanese suppliers.
Inspection · Packing · Inland Transport
Verify part numbers and quantities, apply export packaging, and arrange inland transport to Osaka or Kobe Port.
Customs Clearance · Loading (FOB origin)
Licensed customs broker handles export clearance. Risk and costs transfer to buyer at point of loading (FOB terms).
Documents · Payment
Shipping documents (invoice, packing list, B/L) sent to client. Payment collected via T/T advance.
Trade Terms
FOB — Osaka / Kobe Port
- We cover: procurement, inland transport, export packing, customs, and all costs up to loading
- Buyer covers: ocean freight, marine insurance, import clearance, duties and taxes
CIF — Cost, Insurance and Freight
We can also arrange CIF terms, covering freight and insurance to the destination port (e.g. Shanghai).
Payment Terms
Standard terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) advance payment.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
No fixed MOQ. We accept single-unit spot orders depending on the part.
What is the typical lead time? +
Stock items can typically be shipped within 5–10 business days of order receipt. Made-to-order items: please enquire.
Can you source parts for multiple brands? +
Yes. Through our sourcing network across Japanese manufacturers and distributors, we can handle parts for other air compressor brands. Please share part numbers and specifications.
